And the concrete waste treatment method is generally delivery to suburban or landfill, which not only takes up a lot of land, but also causes serious environmental pollution and significant waste of resources.

In order to completely solve the problem of waste water discharge caused by washing the concrete mixer and the transport truck in the concrete mixing plant everyday, our company developed the sand and gravel separator, which is also called concrete reclaimer or aggregate reclaimer or slurry recycle equipment, which is necessary for the concrete mixing plant.

The THST10 concrete reclaimer (aggregate reclaimer) is the core equipment in concrete recycle system, which is mainly used in washing, reclaiming and recycling the sand and gravel left in sewage and residual concrete after cleaning the tankers.

The THST10 concrete reclaimer (aggregate reclaimer) can be used with the slurry water recycling system to achieve the environmental protection goal of zero discharge of aggregate and sewage produced by the concrete mixing plant.

1. Simple structure, easy maintenance. All the functions are all coaxial mechanical transmission mode. Other brands products are two-stage separation and with complex structure, which makes them inconvenient to maintain.

2. The screen adopts taper fish-scale hole, and the design of high-pressure spray pipe makes the screen can be cleaned automatically when it is blocked, which completely solves the problem of blocking.

3. The failure rate is low, and all the power of the concrete reclaimer (aggregate reclaimer) is from one set of motor and reduction gear, while products of other brands need two sets of motors and reduction gears, which increases the risk of failure.

4. The productivity is much higher than other brands. The pulley diameter of the concrete reclaimer (aggregate reclaimer) is 1250mm, while the pulley diameter of other brands is generally about 800mm. The separation capacity is designed for 40t/h, while the general products of other brands is about 20t/h.

High cleanliness. 1/3 of the lower part of the concrete reclaimer (aggregate reclaimer) is always full of water, which means that the sand and gravel are washed with water and the surface is clean. Sand discharge mode is strainer water fishing type and the general products adopt the screw conveyor to discharge the sand, which contains a lot of mortar.
